After 9 months of tireless day-and-night effort by our filter engineers, we have successfully developed-and had accepted by our client-the industry's very first semi-automated production line for pre-filters. It is now ready for shipment! This project began when a Canadian client approached our company; with six pre-filter manufacturing plants located across the globe, they faced a challenge common in the sector: high order volumes coupled with low efficiency, as production relied entirely on traditional manual labor. This situation arose because, until now, no one in the industry had yet undertaken the development of automated production lines. We have now, once again, broken new ground in the industry with our semi-automated pre-filter production line. This system achieves a new technical benchmark, enabling two operators to produce 200 units per hour-totaling 1,600 units over an eight-hour shift.
