8. Heat sealing and cutting automatic packaging machine

► Explain﹕This production line consists of nine main components: a paper folding and slitting machine, a filter element glue injection machine, a HEPA continuous edge laminating machine, a trimming machine, a three-axis glue dispensing machine, a HEPA automatic assembly line (with marking, Velcro, and sealing strip application stations), and a heat-sealing and cutting automatic packaging machine. Operational process: Paper folding and gluing → Edge laminating → Edge trimming → Corrugated paper laminating → HEPA automatic assembly → Labeling, Velcro, and sponge application → Heat-sealing and cutting automatic packaging → Cartoning.

Process: Manually place the filter element onto the line → Automatic edge-feeding → Automatic rough-cutting → Manually transfer the filter element to the trimmer for fine-cutting.
